This is how it works when you create a warranty case with us.

Whether you are a workshop or a vehicle owner, you can follow these simple steps to create and update your case.

Before you leave your vehicle at a workshop, you need to contact us and report your damage. Once you have validated your warranty and selected a workshop in step 2, you can follow the entire case history yourself.

How do you report a claim?

To report a claim, fill in the form under "Claims" on our website and describe the case as accurately as possible. Once we have received your claim, our team will take care of it and manage the whole process. Your claim will be processed according to the terms of your policy and you will be notified of any compensation. To speed up the processing of your claim, it is important that all information is filled in correctly and that the necessary documents are attached.
