The AVILOO Flash Test provides a comprehensive analysis of the functionality of the traction battery without the need to move the vehicle. This is optimal, for example, for testing lease returns.

INDEPENDENT AVILOO POINTS

The manufacturer-independent AVILOO Score is based on a wide range of test data and is a combination of current measured values and historical data. Thus, the total energy consumption, the number of charge and full cycles, driving behaviour, etc. are interpreted by BIG DATA applications and integrated into the AVILOO Score.

Multiple test categories for meaningful results.

The FLASH test measures several parameters in different test categories:

Vehicle communication: It is tested if all necessary signals are available and reasonable, if the sampling rate of each signal is correct and if the signal quality fulfils the requirements

Battery control unit: It is tested if the calculated SoC of the battery is correct, if the calculated SoH of the battery is reasonable, if the SoC of the cells is correct and the SoH of the cells is reasonable, if all temperature sensors and cell voltage sensors are OK

HV battery status: Battery current, battery voltage, cell voltage deviation and cell temperature deviation

Battery history: BMS estimated health, average consumption, fast and normal charge cycles, SoC and DoD histograms, equalisation times and full battery cycles
